Cancellation Policy

$700 non refundable deposit is included in the pricing. It secures your spot on the trip and is not refundable. Refunds may be issued depending on timing of the cancellation request. You must be paid in full 50 days before arrival (November 27, 2023) Cancellations received within 21-50 days before your arrival date will incur a one-night cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 3 weeks to your start date are non-refundable.
